The product, in the report: “Urijk” expandable gate
We have two “Urijk” expandable gates installed. The gates have bamboo stakes. The gates are warped out-of-plane, so that when they are anchored expanded the pivot pins are stressed. The pivot pins are made of soft aluminum and are not swaged completely at their washered ends. the washers pop off and the pins fall out. These small pieces are choking hazards.
