  1. Hurt, no treatment

Made Dec 3, 2012, sent to the company Dec 20, 2012, published by CPSC Feb 28, 2013

The product, in the report: Today’s kids play yard/oval multi colored gate. Has 6 panels. One white with toys, one blue, one green, one yellow, one purple, and one red.

We recently bought a Today’s kids play yard. My 1yr old can push the play yard across the room when we put her inside of it to play. While she was inside the play yard playing with the toys on the one panel she pushed on the one toy and the whole play yard will slide across the floor and the panels then folded together and she fell and hit her face on the panels when they folded together and also bent her little wrist when she fell forward with it as it slid across the floor her. Arm went into one of the slots in the gate. Luckily nothing was broke and she only had a little bruise on her face but I do not feel that is it safe to place a toddler inside of this to play if their little bodies are able to push this across the room simply by playing with the toys on the panel. We had bought this thinking it would help keep her away from the tv and things she shouldn’t touch but instead made it to where she can just push it to them and hurt herself while trying to play
