The product, in the report: It’s a playpen. It has an activity board, a play phone and light-up musical keyboard. A swinging hinged door with safety lock gives parents easy access to children. Additional connectors and walls can be added to expand the size.

We purchased a playpen called “Little Playzone With Sound and Lights”. My 13 month old daughter was playing inside around 4:00 PM today. She was standing behind the door when her right lower leg got caught in between the segments of the gate door causing my baby to fall with her right leg twisted when she fell sidewards. She was screaming in pain while we we’re trying to pull her out. It took us some time to take her out since it was difficult to do so. My husband had to manually pull these two segments to make the space wider so he can take my daughter’s right leg out. We are gonna find out if we can still return this item since we purchased this last June 3, 2012 thru Target online. And right now, we’re still observing our daughter for any injury it may cause and may have to seek medical assistance when needed.
