The product, in the report: Baby Playpen for Babies Baby Play Playards 18 Pane The door handle on the gate broke loose and the screw/washer fell out inside the enclosed area which was immediately noticed and picked up by my 18 month old grand daughter. Both of these parts are small and can be easily swallowed or cause other severe injuries (especially the screw). Fortunately it was immediately noticed because the gate flung open. This was obviously a design defect since there are multiple ways to attach this gate without leaving the hardware exposed. I have photos. I made multiple attempts to contact both the merchant and distributor but received no response other than being informed by the merchant (Amazon) that the return period had expired.
