  1. Emergency room

Made Jul 11, 2011, published by CPSC Aug 2, 2011

The product, in the report: Step 2 push buggy, looks like a small red car with a yellow push handle

My husband was pushing our 2 year old daughter in the push buggy when the handle came loose and came off, pushing the buggy forward and down a hill. Our daughter was buckled in and the car propelled forward and flipped over into a rose bush. A branch from the bush went through her lip and we had to rush her to the emergency room. She had to be operated on to fix her lip and continues to have a scar.
