  1. No one hurt

Made Jul 25, 2016, sent to the company Aug 4, 2016, published by CPSC Aug 25, 2016

The product, in the report: Diaper Changing Table Ordered on 1/1/2014 Order # 040015454272

The diaper changing table shelf is defective. The heavy wooden shelf on the bottom falls out because the metal pins on the sides that hold up the heavy wooden shelf are too loose and aren’t long enough. The metal pins wiggle and eventually succumb to the heavy wooden shelf.

The heavy wooden shelf fell out on its own because of the weak small metal pins. The wooden shelf hit me in the leg really hard. It could have easily hit my 2 year old toddler if she were around the area. My 2 year old toddler could have easily been hurt really bad.

Pottery barn refuses to acknowledge this dangerous defect.
