The product, in the report: EGO 56-volt 15-in Telescopic Battery String Trimmer 2.5 Ah (Battery & Charger Included)

Purchased an EGO 56-volt 15-in Telescopic Battery String Trimmer 2.5 Ah (Battery & Charger Included) at Lowe’s in Santa Fe NM May 27,2023. On May 29,2023 I had put the rechargeable battery to charge to use later that evening. My family and I had left the home to watch a movie when I received a call from my neighbor that my house was on fire. We lost our entire house and all of our belonging to the blaze. Firefighters stated that the deepest charring of the home was where the 56 volt battery and charger were located.
