First aid Made Jul 6, 2026, sent to the company Jul 8, 2026, published by CPSC Jul 22, 2026
The product, in the report: This is a water pump designed to be added to toddler outdoor water tables, it has several parts: a plastic “fire man,” a water hose, a water pump, and the power supply for the pump. It also comes with a metal plate and double stick tape to affix the metal plate to your existing water table. The fireman has magnets in its feet and affixes to the metal plate for use. The metal plate has sharp edges.
This toy has a metal plate that you affix to your water table with provided double stick tape, and then the toy connects to the metal plate with magnets. My 4.5 year old child cut himself twice on the sharp edge of the metal plate. Both times he got a laceration about 1 cm long that bled. I treated the injury with pressure until it stoped bleeding, then I washed the area and applied a bandaid.
