The product, in the report: Discovery Kids 3 in 1 Balloon Pumper. Green in color. Made in China. UPC Bar Code #694202211618. Distributed by MerchSource LLC Foothill Ranch, CA 92610.

My son was playing with a Discovery Kids 3 in 1 Balloon Pumper. The bottle (Similar to a 2 liter soda bottle, that holds air or water for the balloon exploded, causing minor injury to his hand. Could have been much worse. Called company and they stated that the warning label not to pump more than 20 times must not have been followed and I should supervise my children. Kids are naturally curious and don’t always follow the rules, but this thing went off like a bomb. Scary
