    Worx WG507 12 Amp 2-Speed Electric Blower/Vac/Mulcher

We purchased this product through a third party on Amazon. We experienced three shocks in one use of the item. The company does not want to take responsibility for their product. Worx company.

There is another consumer who reviewed the product with the same experience. Shocking and smoking.

We found out that the product WB507 was recalled in 2015~! Yet, the company insisted on replacing the item to us instead of protecting the public by another look at the item as a danger!

Instead they blamed us for using it in water areas, which we did not as we live in NM and besides, why would a company suggest that there is supposed to be a slight shock?? ! I have emails to show what they have said about that. (Worx)
