Hurt, no treatment Made Jul 22, 2017, sent to the company Aug 18, 2017, published by CPSC Sep 1, 2017
The product, in the report: Ryobi jet fan leaf blower green and black
I was blowing dry leaves off some concrete steps and needed more power,so I switched from low to high and the fan imploded and shot sharp plastic chucks right into the steps and then back at my face and body. It’s a good thing I had my safety glasses on or I would have ended up in the emergency room. It hurt very bad “like being shot with a sand blaster full of sharp plastic chucks”
