Hurt, no treatment Made Feb 13, 2023, sent to the company Feb 15, 2023, published by CPSC Mar 2, 2023
The product, in the report: Log Splitter “Black Diamond” 30 Ton, Model YTL-015-134. Engine from Briggs & Stratton, Serial # 1807140017395, Engine Model # 15T2320224F8C7024
Since I bought the log splitter (3 years ago), it always has a tremendous amount of kick back on the recoil. In two different occasions, because of the kick back, I severely strained my wrist. The last time this occurred was on 2/10/23. I contacted the company, and they told me that they don’t have any recall on my model, but they have the same problem with other models, which they do have recalls.
