The product, in the report: Patriot lightning landscape post cap, solar light. Sold in sets of 2 at Menards. It is the Brighton style. Bar-code # 845314000724 http://www.menards.com/main/outdoor/outdoor-lights/landscape/solar-post-cap-light-2-pack/p-1519521-c-7909.htm
Installed a patriot landscape post solar light and when nigh hit realized the light was not working. So I looked and realized that the tab on the battery was not pulled so that the battery would contact the product. To pull this tab off you have to take the cap off of the top by twisting it. I tried and it would come off so then I thought I would go try the other one since I have 2 of them (they come in sets of two). than one twisted off easier. Then I went back to the first one and tried again that when it cut my hand open in three places. Two where just minor and no blood but the third was in between my fingers and that one started to bleed and has a pretty good cut. I had to bandage and apple pressure for it to stop. I went back and looked at the light and realized that the top of it was razor sharp, which can not be safe at all.
