The product, in the report: String of Summer lights indoor/outdoor use. 1 string of 20 bulbs.

I opened the new box of string lights to put out on my porch and as soon as I plugged it in, 3 lightbulbs exploded. One shard of glass hit my face. Thankfully I had come away with no cuts, but it did get close to hitting my eye. It hit my cheek, 1 inch under my eye. It was a scary experience. I contacted the customer service phone number on the box and they offered a replacement product, but I declined because I am afraid to use their products.
