The product, in the report: Bel Air 4 post/light pole, 96” tall, white Sold by Home Depot

Problem with Home Depot product, Bel Air Cabernet outside light pole, 4 lights, 96” tall. Order # [REDACTED] SKU # 1000644366 Wife, family & myself use light pole for outside lighting. 4/2019 Bought Bel Air outside 4 light/post. Installed ~5/2020. Last winter 3/4 lights/wires shorted/burnt. Checked by handyman & rewired by electrician. 3 arms are curved, parabolic. Wires and sockets burnt. They trap water. No drain holes or rubber gaskets, no mention needing RTV, rubber sealant to stop/mitigate water intrusion in seams. Glass globes do not completely cover light/sockets. Poor quality, tolerances, loose parts, stripped screws. Notified Home Depot & manufacturer yesterday. Manufacturer, Bel Air said customer support rep was on vacation. Home Depot offered a $100 gift card. That would not cover purchase, replacement, installation, or repair. Home Depot manager/supervisor did not call back in 30-45 min or today as mentioned.

Electrician said someone could have gotten hurt touching pole when energized & should be reported.
