No one hurt Made Sep 26, 2018, sent to the company Oct 4, 2018, published by CPSC Oct 19, 2018
The product, in the report: 2013 Toro TimeMaster 30” Lawn Mower.
I own a Toro lawnmower that already has a recall. Recall 14-046. I have reported this to Toro, but they refuse to acknowledge that the broken blade was caused as a result of this recall. My authorized Toro dealer said it is 100% the recall.

Emergency room Made Oct 17, 2016, sent to the company Oct 25, 2016, published by CPSC Nov 8, 2016
The product, in the report: Toro Timemaster 30in Lawnmower
Toro recalled the Turfmaster 30 in on Dec 10 2013 for a condition of braking blades. I was sold this unit by an authorized Toro dealer on August 18 2014 well after the recall date. I had an issue with the blade breaking and injuring my leg in May of 2016. The unit was returned to an authorized Toro dealer for repair. They made no mention of the product recall and how dangerous this product is. Today (October 16 2016), I had the blade break again and this time my neighbor was injured and needed to go to the emergency room. I decided to do further inverstigation on line and discovered the recall and reports of the hazards of this product. The unit that I have (model 20200, S/N 313005420) is part of the recall list. I would like to thank Toro for intentionally not notifying me of the dangers of this product. I informed my neighbor of this situation and he will be inititating a lawsuit against Toro. I will be contacting my lawyer tomorrow. I would like to know how Toro is going to handle the recall of this dangerous machine considering their repairs did not fix the problem. How many more unsuspecting owners of this machine will be injured? Please bear in mind that the repairs did not fix the problem and the Timemaster 30 in Lawnmower is a hazard to use regardless of any recall or warranty repairs. The only thing that Toro did correctly is to identify the Timemaster Lawn Mower as a hazard with blades that can break apart and injure the user and others nearby.
