The product, in the report: self propelled walk (RUN?) behind lawn mower

i purchased a self propelled gas lawn mower whit moves forward at an absurd forward speed when the forward motion is engaged. it pulled me off my feet and , fortunately, only caused a couple of small bruises. it has the potential to cause serious injury!

the mower has NO THROTTLE CONTROL, and neither blade speed or forward speed are controllable in any way. i contacted the mfr, and they confirmed that there is no control of any kind, and no adjustments can be made WHATSOEVER> they have ignored all subsequent messages that i have sent to them.

The product, in the report: PowerSmart 209CC Engine 3-in-1 gas powered push mower DB2194PH. Sold through Walmart (online). Made/distributed by Amerisun

I was mowing for the first time with a PowerSmart DB2194PH rear-bag mower purchased from Walmart (online). The rear door on the mower fell off. The assembly holding the rear door on just just fell off - not broke off. This caused the bagto come off and injure my right shin. With the rear door falling off, it made the mower basically unusable and extremely dangerous.
