The product, in the report: Tow-Behind Dr Field and Finish Mower: A Division of Country Home Products, Briggs & Stratton Engine( engine model 16 0209 ZA 69412 )
I purchased a Tow-Behind DR Field and Finish Mower in March 2016. It came to me wired wrong so I had to take it into a shop to be fixed. After mowing for the first time, the engine sputtered and would back-fire, and sometimes quit. I called them. They said it was the gas or to use [REDACTED] to keep it clean.
I’ve always used 100% gasoline and run the tank out over the winter. I complained to them at least three times, and they always say it is the gas. This is the third season(only the 2nd mowing in the 3rd season). It sputtered and fire came out of the muffler. I called, and they said that the warranty was out, nothing they could do. A manager is supposed to call me tomorrow 5/24/18.
If fire comes out of the muffler, there is a danger to the public.
