The product, in the report: TEMU - cordless electric lawnmower, yellow, two chargeable batteries, several different cutting blades. Roughly handle extends up to 50 inches I believe, They took down all info on website, just discontinued the product and is unavailable for info on it.
I purchased a cordless electric lawn mower from Temu (Whaleco Inc.), and the battery exploded during charging, causing a fire in my home. I have a fire report and photos of the battery as evidence. This was not a simple product refund. Temu offered compensation for the mower, I declined and requested property damage, financial hardship, emotional distress, and the serious risk of injury or death to my three children who were home. Temu only made this offer after weeks of intimidation, shifting demands, and unreasonable, negligent delays attempting pressure for me to accept. Since then, they have sent endless, confusing email threads with different representatives and contradictory instructions designed to frustrate and confuse. I sent evidence and fire report. They demand highly sensitive and unrelated personal information via a non secure standard email. bank account details, Social Security number, and IRS tax forms which I refused, they still have not paid and continue to stall and use deception and intimidation Temus negligence, bad faith, and corrupt tactics have caused ongoing emotional harm and financial hardship. Complete disregard that they destroyed property and put my kids and I in real danger.
