The product, in the report: Toro Timemaster 30” lawnmower Model# 20200 Ser# 312006933
While preparing my Toro Timemaster lawnmower for the season I noticed the engine was loose on the mower deck. After checking further I found at least one of the mounting bolts appeared to be missing their spacer/washer that allows the motor to sit tight to the mower deck. There also appeared to be damage to the mounting hole that could cause the engine to become dislodge from the mower deck while in operation potentially causing serious injury to the user. I contacted Toro but received a generic notice to to take the mower to a dealer and to review the warranty. This mower is out of warranty but appear to be dangerous.

The product, in the report: 2013 Toro 20383 Super recycler lawnmower
I purchased a Toro 20383 in 2013. After one season of normal residential use, the bolts holding the side discharge port cover came loose and fell out. This caused the side discharge port cover to fall off, exposing the spinning lawn mower blade. It would be extremely easy for someone to injure their fingers, as there is a large open port on the side of the mower (approximately 5”x6”).
A check of the parts list shows that there a no lock nuts (actually no nuts of any kind) holding the bolts in place. They are just screwed into a metal bar and can easily come loose.
There a no directions in the owners manual instructing the user to periodically check the tightness of the the bolts

The product, in the report: 22”self propelled 6.75hp toro 20066 lawn mower
I was mowing my lawn with the Toro personal pace 20066 lawn mower, and after about 35 minutes of mowing flames came out from under and behind the muffler area. I turned off the mower and blew out the fire. I looked on line and saw theier was a recall on the 20” Toro for carburetor gas leak. How do I get this fixed.
