The product, in the report: Toro TimeMaster 30in Lawn Mower. Model 20199 Serial Number 316007658. The lawn mower is red.
While cutting the grass the lawn mower was working fine. After I finished mowing the lawn I went to clean the lawn mower and I notice a bolt had fallen out. The bolt fell from the right side cutting blade which has two blades one on the left and one on the right. The right side had fallen out of the housing then I notice that another bolt had fallen off.
Then I took it back to Home Depot where I purchased it from to see if it could be fixed. At that time I was told that this lawnmower was on recall for unsafe reasons.
I am not sure if all the bolts that is holding the blade housing on both sides will break. But at the moment I am in a catch 22 with not being able to use the lawnmower that I paid good money for.
I mailed the warranty card in when I purchased the lawnmower back in May of 2016. Hopefully you got my warranty card. I want to know what can I do to get my lawnmower fixed or replaced since this is a recall product and safety hazard.
Thank you
