Dear CPSC, I am writing to report an unsafe product, a lawn mowing robot. What happened that made me want to report is that I discovered this product has no FCC ID certification, which makes me seriously doubt its safety and compliance standards. The type of product is a lawn mowing robot. I was using the product in my backyard to mow the lawn. I was the one using the product as per the normal operation instructions provided by the seller. I simply turned it on and set it to work within the designated area of my lawn. Fortunately, there were no injuries that happened during this single use. However, I am extremely concerned that potential risks may occur in the future. Given that it lacks the necessary FCC ID certification, there could be issues such as electromagnetic interference that might cause the robot to malfunction. For example, it could potentially run out of control and hit people, pets, or damage property.
