The product, in the report: DK2 Power 6 in. 14 hp Commercial Cyclonic Chipper Shredder - OPC 506 (x) This is a heavy duty wood chipper that is powered by a gasoline engine. It is orange with a black Kohler engine.
The first time I started up a never previously use DK2 wood chipper the machine made a terrrible noise and the cutting blade on the drum that spins to chip the wood had come off the drum, shearing the bolts and the blade fortunately became lodged transversely in the discharge shoot of the chipper. It could have easily been expelled at high speed from the device and seriously injured or killed someone.
