  1. No one hurt

Made Aug 1, 2012, sent to the company Nov 8, 2012, published by CPSC Dec 3, 2012

The product, in the report: Pic mouse traps U.S. Patent USD616,958S F10348/FF EPA est. No 060966-CHN-001 Stocl #PMT2

I baited and set traps and placed them in my utility room where I seen evidence of mice. I left the utility room and before long (from several minutes to an hour) heard a strange noise. Upon investigating I discovered that the traps had come apart and pieces of the traps were scattered around the area where traps had been left. If I had still been holding the trap in my hand and leaning over to put trap on floor I could have sustained an eye injury.
