The product, in the report: 17 cubic foot steel dumping garden cart that is towed behind a tractor or atv
I purchased a precise fit 17 cu foot steel dump cart from Lowes home improvement stores in Killingly CT. After a week, both tires had dry rot cracks and would not hold air. I called for a replacement set. They sent me a replacement set. Both wheels have dents from the tire mounting process. When using I had a tire blow out which caused the trailer to flip and the lawn tractor to wheel up on me. Upon checking, both of the new tires are cracked and dry rotted. This has been stored under an enclosed garage and not exposed to the sun.
