The product, in the report: Gorilla Dumping Cart Item#1879605 Prodcut model GCG-9NF

I was assembling a cart purchased from costco. The assembly instructions had no warnings at a certain point of assembly. The manufacture needs to update the instructions with warnings at the beginnning of assembly instead of at the end and point out when serious injury can occur. This could have severed a childs hand. Thankfully my hand was not broken yet very difficult to even use my right hand.

The product, in the report: Gorilla Garden Dump Cart

There is something seriously TOXIC with the smell/ odor that comes out the tires of the Gorilla garden cart part# GOR200B. I have worked over 20 years around hazardous material and I have to say that the smell that comes out of the tires has made my all time top 3. I started the assembly outside under windy conditions and 60F temperature. I barely got to step 3 of the assembly process and I gave up because I got a severe headache from the smell. I NEVER EVER EVER get headaches. I had read a lot of reviews on Amazon with similar complaints about the smell but I wrote them off as they had sensitive noses.... God was I wrong! I moved the cart in the sun room within 45 minutes the smell had spread through the house. I had to open all the windows to purge the smell and moved the box as far as I could from the house. All these complaint and me can’t be making this up. I expressed my concern to Amazon and they have clearly chose to look the other way and do nothing even after all those complaints. Before I bought from Amazon I stopped by Home Depot but all the boxes where so badly weathered do to the fact that they were left outside by the garden section. I wondered why they would do that? Why not put them in the store to protect the paper box? .... I now understand why they chose to leave the product outside, even they don’t want this product in their stores because of how bad it smells. It looks like all these retailers are looking the other way. I will greatly appreciated if you could take some time to look into this. This is a HAZARDOUS product that needs to be pulled off the selves. 6 hours after my exposure to the smell and I still have a headache / dizziness something is NOT right with these tires.

The product, in the report: Garden Dump Cart

I was given a Garden Dump Cart as a gift. This item requires assemble. Upon opening the box the odor was so strong as to cause me to open the door in the garage to get fresh air. The odor was coming from all the packaging, the instruction book as well the box itself. The odor gave new a headache,as well irritated my eyes. The odor remains in my garage the day after assemble. I’am concerned as to the negative inpack to me as well other consumers from what ever chemical is in the packaging of this product.
