The product, in the report: Kubota ZG127s zero turn mower
I purchased a Kubota zero turn mower model ZG127s. On delivery there were bolts missing and broken off. the dealer was quick to offer replacement bolts. The bolts are cheap and are “cast” instead of grade A. On Sunday, 8/4/13 while mowing the lawn, the main bolt broke that controls the right steering. This resulted in an accident causing injury. This cheap cast bolt should not have been used in the manufacturing process. I took photos of the broken bolt and accident. When the bolt broke, I lost the ability to steer and control the speed resulting in a crash.
