The product, in the report: 18/52 Riding lawnmower
This caller is reporting her riding mower after it caught fire while she was driving it. She purchased the mower from a mower sales location April 5th, 2004 and had no problems with it until the day before it caught fire which was May 5th, 2016 and d then it was only sputtering a bit and seemed to be ready to cut off but then would continue running.
There are no injuries being reported
She has not contacted the manufacturer but does intend to contact them.
The submitter added they are the second owners of the mower, and they have all of the original paperwork/sales receipt.
