The product, in the report: Flexable garden hose

When i was using the garden hose, the outer clothish part of the hose started shredding and and the inside part of the hose started filling up with water like a balloon. The part of the hose that this was happening to was where it hooks up to the faucet. When i bent down to quickly turn off the water, the balloon part that was filling with water exploded in my face, in addition the force was so intense a piece of the hose shot into my mouth, causing me to choke and have dfficulty breathing. It took me sveral seconds to catch my breath.
