The product, in the report: gasoline chain saw size 40cc 18 inch bar
(10/18/2015) The consumer stated that he had been using the product for about a half hour. The plastic handle broke apart where the screw holds it in the machine.
No injury.
The consumer stated that it is the same issue of the products that were recalled in release #07-040.
(10/18/2015) The consumer contacted the firm and was advised that his product was not included in the recall.
