Try to recharge battery on a new Degge SY 818 tiller. Plugged the recharger in and waited until it completed about 10 minutes. When I went to unplug the recharger from the wall plug it burnt my hand. I had to get a rag to unplug it. I think if I left it in it might be a fire hazard
