The product, in the report: SOLO brand hand held pump sprayer, plastic bottle type sprayer.
The Solo (brand) hand held sprayer used to mist house plants exploded in my hands when I was pumping it up. The heavy plastic bottle sent plastic “shrapnel” up to 25 feet away. I felt lucky that one of the small pieces did not hit me in the eyes, which could have been catastrophic. These pumps should have a pressure relief valve like garden tank sprayers do to prevent this from happening. I have a picture of the aftermath of the incident.
