The product, in the report: Caterpillar Killer
I was using a pesticide / sprayer combination to spray some trees in my yard. When I tried to turn the sprayer off, the nozzle / valve combination came off in my hand and the pesticide sprayed uncontrollably, some spraying back on myself.
Fortunately, my wife was near the faucet and was able to turn off the water supply and stop the spray.
The nozzle/valve combination seems to be poorly designed to pop off so easily, allowing an uncontrollable release of the sprayer contents.
