The product, in the report: All Power Snow Blower, color Yellow/Black, Gas, www.allpoweramerica.com Recall....
A few years back, we purchased a Snow blower from Menards by ‘All Power’ Model #SP-SB044P Serial # 120903492 We were notified of a ‘recall’ and called both Menards and the Recall # given to us. We have done this every year and no one responds with repair and/or replacement.,
Again, we have all sorts of issues with this snow blower each season, and although it has been gently used, as we spend our winters elsewhere, it almost never starts or works and continues to leak.
We are tired of having this issue and we feel since we are in our 70’s we have been ignored or this is age discrimination. This product is unsafe.
We spoke to Menards again....No we cannot find our receipt but it clearly states it is a product from Menards. We end up borrowing our neighbors while waiting for the recall to let us know when we can drop it off for repair or for Menards to replace it.
Neither has happened. Can you help?

No one hurt Made Mar 6, 2019, sent to the company Mar 25, 2019, published by CPSC Apr 8, 2019
The product, in the report: JD North America manufactured All Powered Snow Blower. Model # APSB 055E, 21-inch 196cc, 4-stroke gas powered snow blower.
Purchased a now discontinued product from a Sears Outlet, an All Power snow blower, manufactured, I think, by JDNA products Model no. APSB 055E , 21-inch 196cc, 4-stroke. I didn’t have a use for it the first winter because we didn’t have that much snow. It doesn’t worked and is potentially dangerous. At first I though I had put bad gas in it. had it checked, and just learned that the gas actually runs out, and is a fire hazard. Also just learned that the model is discontinued. Would like refund of money I paid to Sears, and product removed from my home.

No one hurt Made Jan 12, 2018, sent to the company Apr 11, 2018, published by CPSC Apr 25, 2018
The product, in the report: All Power America snowblower. Model same as recall 14-222. Model number SB044P.
I purchased an All Power America snowblower in Winter 2013. It is the same unit which appears as recalled on your website SB044P. The unit worked until late last year. When I attempted to start the unit last month (December 2017) the unit would not start. After pulling the cord repeatedly, the gasoline came rapidly pouring out the back of the engine. Every time I pulled the cord since, more fuel is ejected from the rear of the engine. (Because there was no ignition, the fuel did not start on fire and there was no engine fire.)
