The product, in the report: Simplicity Regent, “RO Series”, 38” 19.5 HP Hydro Tractor. Part# 2690810.
The seat on the riding mower inadvertently comes unlatched and moves when going forward or changing from forward to reverse. While mowing grass adjacently to the drainage access in front of my home; this happened, causing the mower to lurch across the drainage access. luckily for me, the riding mower did not flip into the drainage access. Also, recently the left hand foot pad came loose and flipped-off the mower while I was mowing the drainage access. This almost made me (the operator) slide off the seat of the mower. No injuries were sustained in either incident; however, injuries could have been sustained.
