The product, in the report: Lowes home improvement: Kobalt 48-in Steel Post Hole Digger Item #863601 | Model #CA-38S-K34708

No injury yet, I just found out that LOWES home improvement stores are selling, post hole digger tools with attached STEEL handles, these tools should only have NON-CONDUCTIVE handles to avoid electrocution when a person digs into hidden underground electric lines. this has a huge potential to kill many people. I have experience working for a fence company and the 811 ground markings are not accurate and buried objects get hit quite often. the LOWES product= Item #863601 |
