-I got injured while using a product for its intended use -a gardening tool -I was using the product -it was being used to remove weeds in a sweeping motion -injuries did occur -as I was using the tool the metal handle of the tool snapped, this happened while I was doing a sweeping motion towards my body, so when the tool broke it hit my leg and created a deep cut that bleed continuously and required medical attention.
