  1. No one hurt

The product, in the report: Samsung Washing Machine

I have a Samsung washing machine that is on the recall list. We noticed the drum not balancing during spin cycles and we were going to contact Samsung when we revived the recall notice that instructed us to contact Samsung for repairs. Included in the recall notice was instructions and replacement stickers informing us not to us the bedding cycle even after repairs were completed. We were sold this product as advertised with features claiming to wash heavy duty and bulky loads in a large capacity drum. not to wash bedding on delicate or it could maim us, not to strip the motor from the drum and damage the machine. The technician arrived on 12/22/2016 and completed the repairs but the drum is still unbalanced during any spin cycle. We contacted Samsung on 12/31/2016 and informed them the repair did not work. We were given reference ticket number 5116264876 and we were told we would be contacted within 48 business hours. As of 12/16/207 I have not been contacted. THIS IS NOT A SAFE PRODUCT. THE REPAIRED PRODUCT IS NOT SAFE. The drum can become detached potentially causing damage the the washing machine as well as property damage. Their have been confirmed reports of this product exploding and causing house fires. All I want is for my washing machine to be made safe to use, and if that’s not possible I want it replaced free of charge with a washing machine that is safe.

The product, in the report: On December 27, 2016, a technician sent by Samsung to repair the problem of RECALL, worked in this washing machine without knowledge of disassembling and putting the new piece of reinforcement, the technician called by telephone to other people asking how the Washing machine and I think in the photos they see the result of someone who does not know about samsung products, now I can not use the washing machine because it is more fragile and with blows because it could not close the washing machine. I request that my washing machine be repaired correctly and that it has no physical damage caused by the technician. The opening that is seen in the images I do not think is correct in a reinforcement, it looks aesthetically wrong the washer. Waiting for your prompt response and solution to my problem.
