Emergency room Made Nov 26, 2013, sent to the company Dec 5, 2013, published by CPSC Dec 19, 2013
The product, in the report: LG top loading clothes washer model WT5001CW
Bought an LG WT5001CW top loader washing machine to use at my home to wash my familys clothes. From the moment we first used the washer there were issues... we called lg and they sent out technicians 2-4 times to repair but were never successful. The washer vibrated at several different points through out the complete wash/rinse/spin cycles to the point that the washer vibrated off of the platform and landed on top of my left foot causing nerve damage.
