The product, in the report: Samsung Bespoke 5.3 cu. ft. Ultra Capacity All-In-One Washer Dryer Combo with Super Speed and Ventless Heat Pump in Dark Steel | Bespoke 5.3 cu. ft. Ultra Capacity All-In-One Washer Dryer Combo with Super Speed and Ventless Heat Pump in Dark Steel Other consumers having same issue: [REDACTED]
Product Type: Major Appliance / Clothes Dryer Brand: Samsung Model Number: WD53DBA900HZ Serial Number: 1MYH53AY106130E Date Purchased: 06-25-2026
The unit has a recurring failure where lint accumulates internally in an internal 90-degree elbow that is inaccessible to the consumer. This buildup prevents the unit from drying clothes efficiently and creates a significant thermal/fire hazard. I have hosted four (4) professional technician visits through Samsung’s warranty program. On 03-23-2026, the technician found the internal elbow completely clogged. Despite cleaning and replacing parts, the lint continues to collect internally. Samsung’s ‘Office of the President’ has refused further action, claiming the unit is ‘operating normally’ because the computer shows no error codes, despite physical evidence of internal lint trapping and drying failure.
