Tried to call your toll-free number. Finally got through to the opening message then was forwarded to a ringing number - rang 50 times. No pickup. Rather discouraging!

I’ve noticed on many occasions that my washer had a very rapid, high speed spin to it, and I wondered if it was going to spin off it’s axis and fly out of the side of the washer. I didn’t think anything more about it till I heard about the recall last night briefly on our local news. I am contacting LG now to get it scheduled for repair.
