The product, in the report: Ez-Flo Eastman Braided Stainless Steel Washing Machine Hose connectors for water supply, 3/4 inch, 5 Ft. Hot and cold hose connectors.
Ez-Flo Eastman water hose connectors for washing machine, leaked and burst water, flooding the laundry room, and damaging my house interior. The water splashed to the nearby power outlet where the washing machine was plugged into, causing a small outlet box fire. The water on the carpet left the carpet smelling musty and moldy from the carpet being soaked wet.
On May 3, 2021, I called Ez-Flo to try and resolve the problem, but the company attorney, [REDACTED], refused to resolve the problem and he told me to file a class action lawsuit against Ez-Flo instead of resolving. I called back at 2:15pm PST, to talk to somebody else to resolve the dispute, but the customer service rep, [REDACTED], said Ez-Flo [REDACTED] is one of the owners and he told her to hang up on me, she then slammed the phone in my face.
As a result, I am filing this dispute to try and resolve.
