The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

No one hurt Made Oct 3, 2026, sent to the company Oct 7, 2026, published by CPSC Oct 29, 2026
The product, in the report: The product is a VTech toddler ride on lawn tractor mower toy made of molded plastic, with four wheels, a seat, steering control features, and a tall rear handle. It is designed for young children to sit on and ride by pushing with their feet, and it can also be used as a push-style toy. The tractor is lightweight and compact, with the childs seating position located close to the rear wheels. My concern is that during normal use, the toy repeatedly tips backward, causing the child to fall off the seat and creating a risk of head injury
My son was using the VTech ride-on tractor normally when it tipped backward, causing him to fall and hit his head on the floor. He did not show any physical symptoms afterward, but this has not been an isolated incident. The tractor has repeatedly tipped backward during normal use, creating an ongoing safety concern. Because my son continues to fall backward while riding it, we have had to stop letting him use the toy even though he enjoys it. I am concerned that the design and stability of the tractor create a tipping hazard for young children.

The product, in the report: VTech Prance and Rock Unicorn
Screws on the left rocker/base had come loose enough to jutt out from the holes. My 15 month old tried to chew on one of the screws and misplaced her tooth. Jammed it forward in her gums and started bleeding everywhere.
