The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Toy Story 4 ride on car from Costco. Lots of Buzz Lightyear on it.

We bought a Toy Story 4 ride on car thingy for our toddler at Costco. 2 times now that thing has flipped over and he has busted his lip. The wheels are in the wrong spot so it can flip too easy.

Made Jul 7, 2014, sent to the company Jul 15, 2014, published by CPSC Jul 29, 2014

The product, in the report: Disney’s Winnie the Pooh plush/musical riding toy.

On three separate days my 17 month-old grandson flipped headfirst over onto his face and the third time chipped a tooth and cut his upper lip. The toy he was ridding on was a Winnie the Pooh Plush/musical sit and scoot toy. The problem appears to be that the front part (head) and grab bar are too short and when our toddler scoots forward, he leans into it and therefore goes head first onto the floor.
