The product, in the report: YueFeiAud Cricket Noise Maker Prank (6-Pack), ASIN: B0DYSTGKHD. It is a small electronic prank device sold on Amazon US, featuring 6 ultra-realistic sounds including cricket chirp and beep, and emitting randomized chirps at 3-20 minute intervals. The product is powered by CR2032 lithium 3V batteries, with a compact size of 1.58 x 1.01 x 0.32 inches and made of electronic components and plastic, which is extremely easy to hide in various places. Marketed as a prank toy for adults, it is applicable to offices, homes, parties, schools and other scenes, and sold as a 6-piece set packed in two boxes with three devices in each.

I am reporting a cricket noise maker prank device (ASIN: B0DYSTGKHD) sold on Amazon US, which violates Reese’s Law (16 CFR Part 1263). This product is powered by CR2032 button batteries, yet its battery compartment is not tool-secured and can be opened by hand directly. This defective design brings a severe ingestion risk to childrenthey can easily reach and swallow the button batteries, which may cause serious internal burns or even fatal results. To date, no relevant injury incidents have been recorded, but the product poses an imminent potential hazard to child safety and does not comply with the mandatory safety standards for devices with button batteries. I formally request the immediate removal of this non-compliant and dangerous product listing from Amazon US to safeguard children from such risks.
