The product, in the report: Fisher-Price® Linkimals™ Happy Shapes Hedgehog™
My 11 month old baby was playing with the Fisher-Price® Linkimals™ Happy Shapes Hedgehog™ and he was holding the string and rolled over twice. The cord was completely wrapped around his neck with the weight of the toy pulling it tight. Thankfully, I was in the room and able to free him before anything else happened, so it was a “near miss”.

The product, in the report: cookie jar with shape cut out on the sides
The other day my daughter was playing with the toy Fisher Price Laugh & Learn™ Cookie Shape Surprise™. The screw that holds the battery tray keeps falling out, no matter how tight I put it in. Not does the screw pose a choking hazard but the batteries easliy come out as well, and pose a fatal choking hazard. Please have this toy recalled so no children get hurt or die from this poor design of a toy. Respectfully Submitted.
