The product, in the report: Small Baby Doll Stroller

My 22 month old daughter was playing with her baby doll stroller and tipped it over onto its backside on the floor. The curved handles for the stroller when in this position were facing straight up. She the fell back onto one of the handles, and it poked right through her diaper into her rectal area causing a laceration and bleeding and bruising - and a visit to the ER. This is a doll stroller made in China, and sold through Target. If the curved handles were curved in the other direction, this kind of accident would be preventable. I have pictures as well if needed.
