The product, in the report: Super Stretchy feels slimy lizard
I bought my son (7 year old) a toy called, squishy stretch animals Lizard from the Dollar Tree in Penfield, NY and he could have died while playing with it if I was not there to save his life. This toy is marketed for 3 years old and up but needs to be removed from the shelves asap!!! My son was playing with it in the car on the way home from the dollar tree. As we got out of the car to walk inside our house, he was stretching it and swinging it as kids do with those type of toys, and it tightly wrapped around his neck by accident. The tail of the lizard must have gotten stuck around the feet or something. Im not entirely sure because it was dark. My son started weeping and making a choking sound. I threw my bags down when I realized what was happening to help him. At first I tried separating the pieces but I couldnt do it. It was wrapped too tightly so instead I attempted to rip it apart. At first I couldnt do it because it was too thick and strong. My daughter 13 years old was there witnessing it all and she was starting to really freak out. This activated the Incredible Hulk muscles inside me and I was thankfully able to rip it off my sons throat. It was significantly traumatizing for all 3 of us. I immediately threw the toy away afterwards. If I was in the shower and this happened, my son would have likely died. This toy needs to be removed asap!!!
