The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. No incident, no one hurt

Made Dec 3, 2025, sent to the company Dec 12, 2025, published by CPSC Dec 31, 2025

The product, in the report: The car seat is by the brand Hubei, I found it sold specifically on a website, maternitymiracles.com. (It was sold on Amazon but after many complaints, Amazon has removed it from its platform.) It is under the name Premium 3-in-1 Baby Stroller (Car Seat & Base Included). Originally sold for $399.99 but on sale now for $289.99. There is no discretion ANYWHERE on the site that the car seat is made for dolls. ONE of the product photos shows a doll in the car seat, but it is not super obvious. Furthermore, under the specifications section it even gives ages in months that the car seat and bassinet are recommended for use during. Obviously, dolls dont have ages in months, babies do. So parents are even further convinced that this is a real product for human babies.

I work as a NICU nurse where multiple parents have purchased this TOY car seat under the assumption that it was a real safe car seat for human babies.
