No incident, no one hurt Made Jul 30, 2026, sent to the company Aug 19, 2026, published by CPSC Sep 3, 2026
The product, in the report: It is a Halloween white ghost with black hat with orange stripes
We found a 4in stick inside of a plush toy that we had just bought for our toddler. She could have been hurt really bad because this was a very strong stick. We check and found no holes meaning this stick found its way in at time of assembly. It was a Halloween ghost bought from Family Dollar. It is distributed by Greenbrier International imported by DTSC Imports. This a very serious and concerning matter!
